What’s in your MP3 Player?: Various artists- anything from U2 (can never go wrong), Black Eyed Peas, Switchfoot, Nickelback, etc. depending on what mood I am in, and/or what type of workout I am doing.

Biggest Pet Peeve: Swimming in masters when you have a descending set and the person leading the lane goes out too fast, blows up, and then messes up everybody else’s intervals for that set.

What would you do with $100,000 if you won Hawaii?
First, I would give back to a couple of charities/organizations that are important to me. Then I would let my children choose a vacation destination and take a family trip-leaving all training equipment behind!

Anything else we should know about you?
I am the mother of 2 daughters, Lauren (11 y/o) and Hanna (5 y/o). I am also the volunteer Run Course Coordinator of the CB&I Triathlon and a volunteer coach for a beginners running group in The Woodlands (Lukes Locker Up Beat/My Beat program).

This year I would like to help raise funds for The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation through the Janus Charity Challenge, in honor of my aunt, who has had to have both of her legs amputated recently due to complications stemming from diabetes.
