		<description>Good recipe and technique. I like to add 2 T of ground flax seeds to my flapjacks with blueberries and cinnamon. YUM! I like to make a big batch and then freeze 2 or 3 at a time for faster meals later in the week.</description>

If not, its a show on the Food Network where one of their chefs, Alton Brown, drives across the country and eats road food.  Anyway, in the last episode he had beef tips on pancakes.  It... was...
