Great post! I really like how some of the shoe companies are coming around to making quality running shoes. K-Swiss has made a major impact as well. I was also quite skeptical at first, but I&#039;m totally converted over to their K-onas. Good stuff and I&#039;m glad to hear your running injury free, although that&#039;s a scary thought.
