2010 Great White North Triathlon

Posted in Racing by

The Great White North triathlon occurred on July 4, 2010.  This is a gem of a race that occurs just outside of Edmonton Alberta in the small town of Stony Plain.  Close to 1,000 racers braved the 2km swim, 90km bike and 21km run.  This also marked this race’s 20th year.

This year was the 6th year that I’ve raced Great White North and I hope to continue to do this race for years to come.  It was a special race for me this year as I was lucky enough to take my 4th victory at this race.  Also, my fiancé Kelly finished 4th overall in the women’s race and qualified for Ironman Canada in August.
