I always find it fun to start writing things down to remember what I have just done. It can be hard to remember it all because so many fun things happen so fast. So here is a recap of the last 3 days…

I’ve traveled over 700 miles, visited 2 national monuments (Crazy Horse & Mount Rushmore),  ate Scotch Eggs at a table with its own beer tap, put on a clinic and led a pre ride at XTERRA Forest Drive, took 1st place at in the race, hung out with the amazing triathlon folks of Aberdeen, tasted some local flavor at Twist Cone, and made the local paper.
