Outdoors Maryland: Iron Heart

This segment premiered on Maryland Public Television’s “Outdoors Maryland” on February 22, 2011.  The footage that was used came from the 2007 NBC Ironman Show and some race footage at the 2010 Eagleman70.3 here in Maryland.  It was featured on LAVA Magazine’s website earlier this week.
